A long time ago in a country far, far away...
We finally arrived. The airplane landed about 40 minutes early, but everything after that was delays. We reached our apartment in Osaka about 10 pm (around 4 am local time). Between the travel and wait times between connections, we were up for about 22 hours. Needless to say, everyone was tired when we finally arrived, but the boys handled it with aplomb.
We've spent this morning settling into the apartment and getting prepped for exploring. Our plans for today are very low key. We will do some shopping for what we need for our stay, explore the local Costco, and have some pie. Because here, it's already PI day.
That's right. Japan is so much better than you, it gets early access to everything, including the calendar.
